At Faith Action Apparel, every shirt is printed to order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where warranted.

Size changes and change-of-mind returns

Because our garments are printed specifically for each order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, colour preference or change of mind.

Order cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Once production has started, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
